Staoisha is the name given to peated single malt made at Islay’s Bunnahabhain distillery, and this batch is brought to us by indie bottler Signatory to join the 100 Proof Editions. Distilled in 2014, this heavily peated single malt spent a decade maturing in a host of first and second-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled at a bold 57.1% ABV.
