Description
St-Remy VSOP 70cl, 40% is a delicate and balanced French brandy launched in 1980. It is created from carefully selected French wine eaux-de-vie sourced from a variety of grapes and terroirs.
The eaux-de-vie are distilled in continuous copper columns and matured in small French oak casks. Apricot, peach, gooseberry and wild strawberry combine with floral notes, vanilla and gentle wood.
Why Choose St Remy VSOP 70cl, 40%
This expression offers an approachable introduction to French brandy, balancing fresh fruit, soft florals, vanilla sweetness and subtle oak without becoming overly heavy.
Its smooth 40% strength makes it enjoyable neat, over ice, with a mixer or in long drinks such as Sangria and French Cola.
Ideal For.
Ideal for brandy drinkers who enjoy apricot, peach, berries, vanilla and gentle oak. It also pairs well with smoked ham, cheese, fruit, white chocolate and crème brûlée.
