The new spirit will have flavours of mango, passion fruit and a hint of chilli, and will come in at only 18% ABV, so will pack less of a punch in the booziness department.

It will be available in Tesco from July, which seems like a long time to wait, but it’ll give us plenty of time to work up some tasty tropical tequila cocktail recipes, right?

The new tequila flavour was launched at an event at Bermuda bar in Hamburg, Germany, where Jessica Lopez, Sierra Tequila’s brand ambassador said the tropical drink would “take your party to the next level.”
