The Plantation Fiji Islands – Single Cask Kilchoman Finish is a unique, limited release rum produced at the South Pacific distillery in Fiji and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. Distilled in 2009 from molasses with an ABV of 49.6%, . This rum is characterized by a smoky and woody aroma complemented by tropical fruit, peat, and roasted notes. Its flavor profile features prominent woody, whiskey, peat, smoky, and dry elements.
