The Monin team over in France has gone and made a terrific Lime Puree, perfect for using in any cocktail that could do with a helping of zesty, tangy, citrusy tastiness. We reckon it’ll do particularly well in a Margarita, but we’re sure there are all sorts of great drinks where this will shine.
