Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2009

The Grand Vintage 2009 champagne from Maison Moët et Chandon is flourishing and accomplished. This vintage is dominated by Pinot Noir (50% of the composition) unlike the previous Grands Vintages, which gives it controlled power.

After spending 7 years in the cellar, maturity asserts itself on the nose in a soft register of vanilla, with notes of roasted sesame, toasted almond or mocha but also of juicy fruit complemented by aromas of roses and peonies.
