Taste: Beautiful light pale pink colour. On the nose a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, just-picked strawberries and delicate floral notes. The mouth is complex with tangs of raspberry and wild strawberry complementing a smattering of wild herb, citrus, and wet-stone flavours. It has a refreshing acidity (thanks to the altitude) and a rounded, long and vibrant finish.
