Tasting Note

Nose: Tropical fruit – bold banana, juicy pineapple, melon and funky esters.

Palate: Further rum character with punchy bittersweet dried fruits, exotic fresh fruits, and wafts of earthy leather, followed by an increasing zesty spice.

Finish: Banana fritters, grilled pineapple with pepper, and a woody drying finish.
