Tasting Note
AROMA Warm spices, complete with cloves, thyme and star-anise, evolving into an exotic combo of cacao powder and mango followed by notes of dark chocolate truffle and stone fruit.
PALATE Rich texture and a warm mouthfeel, with a hint of nutmeg spiciness. Sweet fruit, with a touch of tart red berries.
FINISH Baked apple pie, rich in butter and enhanced by cacao and sweet toasted barley.
