The Octave range of independent bottlings features whiskies finished in small octave casks for increased interaction between spirit and wood, resulting in greater cask influence. This single malt was distilled at Mannochmore in 2015 and spent a decade maturing, finishing up in a Madeira wine cask before bottling in 2025. A release of 101 bottles, brimming with candied stone fruits and creamy, honeyed malt.
