Crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, this expression was developed by Whisky Maker Polly Logan following her exploration of the chocolate-making world in Girona. Working with Jordi Roca and Casa Cacao, she set out to create a whisky with a deep dark chocolate profile, balanced by sweetness, oak, and spice, and intended to pair beautifully with fine chocolate.

Presentation is central to the identity of this release. In homage to its chocolate inspiration, the gift box is made using discarded cacao pod husks, giving a natural by-product a renewed purpose and helping establish the sustainability-led packaging direction that would become a defining feature of the Harmony Collection.
