Nose: A medium-bodied nose with hints of freshly mown grass, heather honey and malt. A little soft smoke.

Palate: Apple blossom and smoky malt on the palate – coffee and nutmeg flavours, hints of linseed and oily peat.

Finish: Long, spiced finish with oak and potpourri.
