This generously aged Islay single malt was distilled at Laphroaig in 2000 and spent the next 25 years maturing in a single first-fill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was opened by Signatory in 2025, releasing an outturn of 521 bottles for the Symington’s Choice Cask Strength Collection.
