Vinification
Classical method for red  wines, extended skin contact for 20 – 30 days at
controlled temperature of 24 C to maximize the aroma.
There follows malolactic fermentation and the maturity in oak french barrels 225 lt each,
made by Bertomieu Tonnelerie. It is bottled without stabilization or filtration,
so any amount of sediment is quite normal.
