In November 2019 we launched our first Gin, the “Kingfisher” small batch botanicals Gin. It is a “London Dry Gin”, from 25+ botanicals (each individually distilled with Juniper), reminiscent of Cyprus summer, beach, fresh mountain air and the joy of life. The kingfisher bird is indigenous to Cyprus, living on the coasts of the island, loving the coolness of the ocean breeze and the warms of the summer sun.

Kingfisher Gin has under tones of citrus, mountain herbs and fruits. It is very smooth and light, can be drank by itself or simply divine with tonic.
