Nose: Sherried oak and dried fruit – deep and brooding. Marzipan, nuts, dates, vanilla and spice.

Palate: More of the same, full and extremely impressive. More mixed dark spices develop with cocoa.

Finish: Condensed Sherried goodness.

Overall: Very impressive indeed.
