Nose: Cut grass, roasted vanilla pod and a hint of mulled wine.

Palate: A robust core of heather-y, earthy smoke arrive straight away, with peppercorn, mince pie and oily malt in tow.

Finish: Notes of dried citrus and toasted barley linger, but the finish doesn’t drag on too long (get it?).
