Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour 70cl, 40% is an Orkney single malt Scotch whisky combining honeyed sweetness, sherry-seasoned oak and subtle aromatic peat smoke. The Viking Honour presentation was introduced during Highland Park’s 2017 redesign of its classic 12-year-old expression.

The whisky is created by harmonising components matured in hand-selected first-fill, sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. Additional refill casks soften the stronger first-fill influence, producing spicy sweetness, mellow warmth and balanced oak character.

Heather honey and fresh citrus lead towards burnt orange, jasmine and spiced fruitcake. Pepper, woody spice and orange zest develop through the finish, accompanied by Highland Park’s distinctive smoke from aromatic Orkney heathered peat.
