Description
G’Vine Floraison Gin 70cl, 40% is an elegant French gin produced in the Cognac region using a grape-based spirit rather than the grain spirit commonly used for gin.
Created by master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, Floraison combines the natural roundness of grapes with the delicate fragrance of fresh vine flowers and a selection of complementary plants and spices. This unusual composition gives the gin a softer, silkier and more floral personality than a traditional juniper-led London Dry style.
The grapes are vinified each September before being distilled four times to produce a highly purified base spirit. The botanicals are distilled separately in copper, while the freshly harvested vine flowers undergo their own distillation in a Florentine still using a technique inspired by fine perfumery. The different components are then blended and distilled again to create the finished gin.
Bottled at 40% ABV, G’Vine Floraison offers fresh floral aromas, gentle juniper, citrus, warming spice and smooth grape sweetness. Its refined and accessible style makes it enjoyable neat, over ice or in cocktails such as a Gin and Tonic, Collins or floral Martini.
Why Choose G’Vine Floraison Gin 70cl, 40%
This gin stands out because it replaces the conventional grain base with a spirit distilled from grapes. The grape spirit contributes natural softness and roundness, allowing the floral and botanical characteristics to appear without excessive alcoholic sharpness.
The use of fresh vine flowers gives Floraison its distinctive aromatic identity. These delicate blossoms appear for only a brief period during the vine’s annual growing cycle, and their fragrance adds freshness and floral elegance to the finished gin.
For gin drinkers, it offers an approachable alternative to strongly piney or intensely dry styles. For cocktail enthusiasts, its balance of flowers, citrus, spice and smooth grape character works especially well with a clean premium tonic and a simple grape or citrus garnish.
Ideal For.
This bottle is ideal for gin drinkers who enjoy smooth, contemporary expressions with floral aromas, restrained juniper and gentle citrus character.
It is ideal for serving as a G’Vine and Tonic with a neutral tonic water, plenty of ice and fresh grapes. It also works well in a Collins, a floral Martini or a refined gin-based Mojito.
It is also ideal for customers exploring premium French spirits or looking for a softer alternative to traditional grain-based London Dry gin.

Collector’s Note
G’Vine Floraison is primarily intended for drinking and cocktail preparation rather than long-term collecting. It is a continuing premium gin expression without individual numbering or a declared production limit.
Its interest comes from its unusual grape-spirit foundation, use of vine flowers and recognisable green bottle. Floraison also holds an important place within the development of modern French gin, presenting a distinctly floral and unconventional alternative to traditional grain-based styles.
Older labels, limited promotional editions and discontinued illuminated or gift-pack presentations may carry additional interest for dedicated gin and G’Vine collectors.
