Tasting Note
Nose : ripe, fleshy notes of pineapple, banana and candied apricot are tempered by soft bitterness from the oak, followed by a touch of warming cinnamon and curry powder.
Palate : sweet and silky, with freshly baked bread, roasted coffee, cinnamon, toffee and peppermint.
Overall : oily and fragrant. Beeswax, lemon and passionfruit rounded off with soft bitterness.
