Tasting Note
Nose Orange blossom, soft honey, ripe peach and pear alongside almond, vanilla, and a subtle nutty toffee warmth from the Madeira finish.
Palate Oily and velvety, carrying layers of mandarin, peach, apple, and pear. Tart gooseberry and yellow plum add brightness before rich butter-candy sweetness, almond marzipan, ripe banana, and a dusting of icing sugar bring indulgent weight.
Finish Lingering orchard fruit, honeyed oak, and a final flourish of candied citrus.
