This limited edition single cask release from Glenallachie is part of their eighth batch of single-cask offerings. The spirit, which was distilled in 2010, was fully matured for 12 years in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon before being hand-picked by Master Distiller Billy Walker. Glenallachie’s signature honeyed character is known to excel in sherry casks, and this expression should be no exception, with the cask contributing rich notes of oak, chestnuts, and dark chocolate.
