Here he’s worked his magic once again with an exceptional single malt matured for 17 years in a combo of rare Japanese mizunara oak casks and oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at a robust 50% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration, it’s a splendidly indulgent and complex expression from the ever-impressive Speysider.
