This is the 12th batch of GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength single malt, showcasing the importance of cask management under the watchful eye of master distiller Billy Walker. Drawn from a combo of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso, red wine and, new oak casks, it’s bottled at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration. Just look at that splendid hue!
