This blend of pot and column distilled rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados joins That Boutique-y Rum Company’s Cinema Series. The rum began its maturation in Barbados, residing in a bourbon cask, before it arrived in the UK and was re-racked in a sauternes cask, bringing a softly sweet, fruity balance to the rich caramel and oak at its core.

Description
Tasting notes
Nose Dates and sultanas open the way, with creamy caramel and sweetly stewed fruit.
Palate Gloriously silky, with layers of soft apricot and peach, and a tangy touch of candied pineapple.
Finish Drying oak char and softly sweet spices wrap things up.
