This four-year-old straight rye whiskey was treated to a finish in a cask that previously held rye whisky from Finland’s Kyrö distillery – double the fun for rye fans!

Tasting notes
Nose Generous layers of roasted coffee beans and toasted rye bread drizzled with honey. There’s a touch of menthol nestled beneath, with woody spice and chalky grist.
Palate Juicy forest fruits and dark chocolate bring dense, jammy sweetness, bolstered by leathery oak and rye spice.
Finish Stewed berries, cherries, cacao, and cracked black peppercorns.
