This Japanese Etsu gin finds its origin on the Isle of Hokkaido and is distilled with local ingredients such as, Yuzo, green tea and Japanse pepper.
Etsu has been elaborated in Asahikawa distillery, Hokkaido, following a secret Asian recipe using several asian botanicals (Juniper berry, green bitter, orange and yuzu peel, coriander seed, angelica and licorice root) the yellow YUZU dominates this floral gin.
Filtration through charcoal.
