The folks at Edradour are masters of wine cask maturation, and this single malt spent its years in Cabernet Sauvignon hogsheads from Italy’s esteemed Michael Eppan winery. Distilled in 2012, the whisky spent 13 years maturing, giving it time to soak up plenty of tannic red wine influence.
