The Bersan family has been based in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux for many generations and the domaine is located between Auxerre and Chablis.The vineyard is planted on Clay, Marl and even Limestone which bring a lot of freshness. The Portland and Kimmeridgian soils bring a lot of minerality. Jean-Christophe Bersan initiated the Organic certification in 2009.
