A 1995 vintage single malt from Clynelish, independently bottled by Signatory for its Symington’s Choice Cask Strength Collection. The whisky spent an impressive 30 years maturing in a single refill sherry butt, yielding an outturn of 504 bottles at a satisfying 54.5% ABV when it was opened in 2025.
