This excellent Brut NV is rounded and fresh, with clean flavours of lemon and baked apple pie. This is a fruity and easy to enjoy style, with ripe apple and pear fruit before a classic dry finish. A blend of 20% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Meunier, this is a superb Champagne from a small familly producer.
