“This wine is made with selected grapes harvested at optimum ripeness from vineyards chosen for their low yield. I use innovative winemaking techniques to ensure the maximum extraction of fruit and smooth tannins. The wine is then blended and aged in oak barrels deep in our cellars for 12 months. To guarantee its quality, I choose to give it a very light filtration, which can leave a harmless and completely natural light deposit.”
