Il Blu is crafted with the best, hand-picked grapes, grown in the winery’s two estates in the Chianti region. The blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon matures in French barriques for 18 months, in concrete tanks for 3 more months and then at least another year in the bottle.
