Number 63 in Signatory’s 100 Proof Editions is this marvellous 10-year-old single malt from Ben Nevis. Distilled in 2014, the whisky spent its years in a host of first-fill Pedro Ximénez and second-fill oloroso sherry butts before bottling at a hearty 57.1% ABV.
