TASTING NOTES
Nose – Bonfire smoke, lemon drizzle cake, scottish tablet and a light dash of pepper.
Palate – More smoke, balanced by a honeyed sweetness. A rich note of roasted pecans and sweet spice, candied ginger.
Finish – The smoke lingers on, migling with the sweetness from the palate, lovely longevity.
