You can always spot bottles from That Boutique-y Whisky Company thanks to their stand out label designs, created by Emily Chappell. The indie bottler is celebrating its iconic imagery with a series of Label Editions, including this limited edition 700ml bottle of Canadian Corn whisky! Matured for eight years, this expression is a marriage of whiskies matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry and Islay whisky octave casks offering a delicious twist on Boutique-y’s core Canadian expression. The label features an element from previous Boutique-y labels, a dartboard belonging to the bottler’s compliance team (or the ‘fun police’ as they like to call them). Wait, is that the beloved Canadian Sam Simmons, 2023 Blender of the Year that they’ve been throwing darts at?!

Penderyn Legend (70cl, 41%)
Penderyn Legend is a Welsh single malt whisky firstly matured in bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira casks before it’s bottled, imparting an intriguing touch of vibrant sweetness. It has been bottled at 41% ABV, slightly lower than the Welsh distillers’ other Madeira-cask-finished single malt.

Armorik Sherry Cask (70cl, 46%)
Armorik Sherry Cask is a Single Malt aged in Sherry casks. This whisky is bottled at 46% without cold filtration.
It develops notes of candied fruit and spicy flavours while maintaining its fruity side, typical of the Breton distillery. It mixes rich flavours both Breton and Spanish. It offers a nice tasting.
Kavalan Distillery Select No.2 (70cl, 40%)
This exciting new whiskies from Taiwan’s popular Kavalan distillery is the second release in their entry-level Distillery Select Series. It’s a sweet and lightly spicy whisky that brings notes of butterscotch, freshly buttered toast, vanilla and hints of black pepper and cinnamon. Kavalan Distillery Select is one of the last additions to the multi-award-winning core range. They aged it in different refill casks, which gave it the best qualities that Kavalan whisky has. Lots of tropical fruits, vanilla, and toffee. Also, it all comes for a reasonable price.

It took the founder of Kavalan Distillery a very long time to find the right place with the right water supply.
Ilan became his destination. There is enough cold spring water that flows through the Snow Mountain.

Nomad Outland Whisky Triple Distilled Single Malt 70cl, 41.3%
Created using triple-distilled single malt from the Great Northern Distillery in County Louth, Ireland that was aged in bourbon casks for three years, this Nomad edition was then transferred to Bodegas González Byass where it is popped into oloroso sherry casks previously used to mature the González Byass Alfonso. More creative cask finishing wizardry from the gang at the Lakes Distillery! This expression of The One blended whisky was treated to a finish in Colheita Port casks. Colheita Port is made using the grapes from a single harvest, and notes of delicate fruits and warming spices certainly shine here.

A tasty blended whisky from The Lakes Distillery, featuring its very own English single malt at its heart, alongside single malt and grain whiskies from Scotland. Lakes whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi has created a marvellous expression here, revolving around juicy fruit notes and waves of honey, with a smidge of oak and smoke shining through. No chill-filtration or additional colourings here.

This release of the One is a singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart, finished in first-fill Tawny and Ruby Port casks.
Fresh cherries, candied ginger and toasted oak on the nose lead to a palate of plum, rose petals and chocolate with a rich, lingering and spicy finish.
Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from our oak casks in every bottle. Bottled at 46.6% ABV.
Enjoy as you please. Add a few drops of water to open up the flavours, or top with ginger beer for a refreshing serve in a highball.

Lambertus 10 Year Old 70cl, 40%
The Lambertus 10 Years Single Grain Belgian Whiskey, aged for 10 years in Limousin oak barrels, is the sumptuous variation of the Lambertus Classic, created in memory of Lambert Radermacher, one of the founders of the distillery. The perfect balance between the roundness of the grain (rye & malted barley), tinged with the patina of time, and the subtlety of the wood gives it a unique richness and splendor.
Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish (50cl, 40%)
Established in 2005, Kavalan is Taiwan’s first whiskymaker, with their Kavalan Concertmaster named Best in Class at the 2011 International Wine & Spirit Competition. This single malt whisky showcases Ruby Port, Tawny Port and Vintage Port casks from Portugal to finish whiskies that were initially matured in American oak.

Part of The Classic Range, launched in early 2018, this whisky aims to capture the character of the Speyside region in a characterful yet easygoing dram. ‘Edited’ is an Indian single malt whisky created by Master Distiller Michael John using Indian 6-row barley as well as peated Scottish barley. The final vatting contains 15% of the peated spirit with maturation taking place in bourbon casks.
