This whisky was distilled on 17th October 2013 and has been finished in single sherry cask #11 before being bottled by Signatory Vintage on 19th October 2020.
Signatory Vintage were established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and are one of Scotland’s most prolific independent bottlers. Their offices and bottling facility are located next to Edradour distillery, which they have also owned since 2002.

The Glendronach distillery’s core range underwent a shiny redesign in 2024, and here we have its smart new-look 18 Year Old single malt. The Highlander was matured completely in oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain and boasts an exceptionally rich and fruity sherried profile.

As of 2024, the Glendronach distillery’s flagship range has a smart new look, and here is its 15 Year Old single malt. This expression spent its time maturing in a selection of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain in the Highland distillery’s traditional dunnage warehouses. A hugely flavoursome, aromatic and complex sipper.

Fettercairn 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
After more than a decade in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, this 12-year-old single malt from Fettercairn is a classic example of the distillery’s signature tropical fruit style. The palate brings notes of vanilla, pears and soft spices, before a fruity wave of nectarines, tropical fruit, clove, ginger and roasted coffee. The finish is lingering and sweet, offering notes of black toffee and sultanas.

White Oak joins the core collection from the Highlands-based Glengoyne distillery. This single malt matures entirely in first-fill bourbon and new oak casks from North America, charred for less than a minute to allow the spirit to truly shine.
Glengoyne 15 Year Old (70cl, 43%)
Glengoyne’s 15 year old strikes the perfect balance between sweet bourbon cask character and rich, fruity sherry notes. There isn’t a peep of peat to be found in this Highland single malt Scotch whisky, which uses air-dried barley in its kilning process.
