Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Caoran Reserve pre-2007 70cl, 40%
Introduced in 2002, the Caoran Reserve was a peated expression, intended to evoke the style of Glenfiddich produced during the second world war. The expression was discontinued in 2010.
Caoran is gaelic for ‘peat embers’
Pronounced “ku-ran” (derived from the Gaelic for peat ember) this 12 year old has been finished in casks which previously held Islay whisky.

Glenfiddich Clan Murray Clans of the Highlands 1980s (70cl, 43%)
Produced in the 1980s, this Clans of the Highlands bottling of Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whisky includes a presentation tin featuring Sir Mungo Murray of the Clan Murray. He was the Son of the 2nd Earl of Atholl and would eventually become the 2nd Viscount of Stormont. He also looks pretty sharp in a big, fancy hat.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera 1990s – 2000s (75cl, 43%)
A 15 year old matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. This is a great staple 15 year old from the Glenfiddich distillery.

Glenfiddich 125th Anniversary Edition (70cl, 43%)
In honour of 125 years of whisky production, Glenfiddich released this limited edition single malt Scotch whisky in 2012. For this expression, the chaps at Glenfiddich have used a combination of peated and unpeated whiskies aged in a large proportion of Spanish ex-Sherry butts, as well as American ex-bourbon casks. It was presented alongside a copper stopper, a leaflet giving some background on the release and a handsome presentation case. What better way to celebrate 125 years of Glenfiddich whisky than with more of it?
The whisky is beautifully presented, with a copper cork, metal box and information leaflet. A peated Glenfiddich is not something you see everyday, and in the 5 years since this whisky was released, it has become increasingly rare, so “Fiddich fans should move fast if they want to sample this tremendous dram!

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva 70cl, 40%
The story goes that when this bottling was released it caused a stir in the US markets due to the associations with the dreaded Cuba that its label implied. This led to its name being changed on later batches to ‘Caribbean Rum Finish’ and later to ‘Gran Reserva ‘.

Glenfiddich 19 Year Old Age of Discovery Red Wine Cask Finish (70cl, 40%)
As one of three in the limited Age of Discovery range, this 19 year old single malt whisky has been finished in oak casks which previously held South American red wines. The types of wine which the casks previously held are Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, all of which impart their own unique set of flavour into the whisky. The end result is rich, spicy and complex, with lots of notes of red berries.

This is rare collectible flagon from esteemed single malt Scotch whisky producers, Glenfiddich. It features the likeness of Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland during the early 1300s, on its label. We reckon it produced in the 1980s.
Glenfiddich 23 Year Old Grand Cru (70cl, 43%)
The folks at Glenfiddich clearly enjoy exploring new cask types for their whisky. Whether it’s peaty whisky in rum casks, or making good use of icewine casks, the distillery certainly has some experimental flair. And if experimental flair is what you’re after, Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23 Year Old is the perfect thing. This single malt initially ages in American and European oak casks, before being moved over to rare French cuvée oak casks. The influence these casks has had on the whisky is fantastic, lifting the palate with notes of baked goods and fresh fruit.
