Penderyn Legend (70cl, 41%)
Penderyn Legend is a Welsh single malt whisky firstly matured in bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira casks before it’s bottled, imparting an intriguing touch of vibrant sweetness. It has been bottled at 41% ABV, slightly lower than the Welsh distillers’ other Madeira-cask-finished single malt.
Aberfeldy 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
The classic 12 Year Old Aberfeldy single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in the Highlands. While the label sadly no longer features a red squirrel, it now comes with a rather handsome black and rose-gold colour palate to match the rich, malty, honeyed flavour profile.
Glengoyne 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Glengoyne is one of the only Scottish whiskies to be distilled from completely unpeated malt – the malt is allowed to dry naturally before fermentation and distillation begin, resulting in an elegant, medium-bodied style.

A no-age-statement Auchentoshan released in 2008, Classic is aimed at drawing in new drinkers to malt whisky, and has the easy-going drinkability to do the job. Not only that, but Auchentoshan Classic has now received a Kosher endorsement.
Stronachie 10 Year Old (70cl, 43%)
Stronachie was the name of a Highland distillery active between the 1890s and 1928. The Scottish agents for the whisky, A.D. Rattray, have launched a range using whisky from Benrinnes distillery. This is the 10 year old – sweet and spicy.
Old Pulteney 10 Year Old (1L, 40%)
All dressed up in an appropriately coastal shade of blue, it’s Old Pulteney 10 Year Old! The maritime single malt spent its decade of ageing in second fill American oak bourbon barrels, and was then bottled at 40% ABV. As always, there’s just a hint of seaside salinity amid the creamier notes from the cask.
Tomatin 12 Year Old (70cl, 43%)
A 2016 replacement for the previous sherry-finished expression, this Tomatin 12 Year Old has been aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The result is a sweet whisky with notes of apples, citrus and sweet spice.
Arran 10 Year Old New Bottling 70cl, 46%
Arran 10yo is a medium-bodied, citrussy dram that shows an elegance and deftness of touch that belies the distillery’s youth. Tasting the complexity and assurance of this youngster it is difficult to believe that the distillery only opened in 1995. A great achievement.
Glenmorangie 12 Year Old The Original (70cl, 40%)
The flagship Glenmorangie Original has been reimagined by the Highland Distillery, with the minimum age of the whisky raised to at least 12 years old. The single malt Scotch, which won a gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2024 before it was even released to the public, was adapted by Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s director of whisky creation and his team as they felt there was extra silkiness, complexity, and sweetness to be gained by going to 12 years old.
West Cork Cask Strength (70cl, 62%)
West Cork Single Malt Calvados Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is part of a new five bottle family of single malts from West Cork Distillers. This is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and finished in Calvados Garnier casks. Bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Singleton of Dufftown Malt Master’s Selection 70cl, 40%
A bottling of Singleton whisky that’s a perfect introduction for those that are new to single malts, the Singleton of Dufftown Malt Master’s Selection was created by The Singleton master of malts Craig Wilson. He hand-selected and blended the whisky before it was maturated in European and American oak casks with three variants; ex-wine, ex-sherry and ex-bourbon.
Isle Of Jura Rum Cask Finish Cask Edition (70cl, 40%)
An exotic single malt from Jura that was initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks. The result is aromas of guava, toasted coconut, sugar-coated almonds, apricots and orange that fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla fudge, mango, banana, guava, sea salt and lime throughout the palate.
Isle of Jura 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Part of the new core range of whiskies launched by Isle of Jura in early 2018, this 10 year old expression takes the place of Jura Origin. It’s initially aged in American white oak bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period in Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 40% ABV. It has the subtle smoke characteristic of Jura’s excellent Island single malts, with robust vanilla and an intense kick of sherried sweetness underneath.
Arran Lochranza Reserve (70cl, 43%)
A citrus-y, light and elegant no-age-statement single malt Scotch whisky from the distillery on the Isle of Arran. The Lochranza Reserve replaced the Arran Original in mid-2014. The name comes from the village on the Isle of Arran where the distillery is located.
anCnoc 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Knockdhu renamed their whiskies anCnoc to avoid confusion with the nearby Knockando distillery. This 12 year old exhibits a gentle, non-sherried style of whisky.

A straightforward, nutty and malty single malt from Speyside, the Singleton of Dufftown was released to replace the Singleton of Auchroisk. It’s aged in a high proportion of European oak casks.

Glenfarclas 10 Years Old is a superb combination of creamy roundness, malt biscuits, with floral notes and peat flavours. Light, delicate and velvety, this Speyside Single Malt is quite complex and satisfactory.
Glenfiddich 12 Year Old 2020 (70cl, 40%)
This classic Speyside from Glenfiddich was the Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2007 International Wine and Spirit Competition, aged for 12 years in American and European Oak casks.

Bowmore Legend is the NAS entry-level expression of the distillery, age between 8 to 10 years on North American Oak casks which previously contained Bourbon. A young, rather gentle Bowmore. Whilst not massively complex or full-bodied, Legend is still a great value for money malt.

Part of the new ‘The Classic Range’, from Berry Bros. & Rudd, the Classic Islay Malt is the legendary wine and spirits merchant interpretation of the traditional whiskies we’re grown to love from the Hebridean island of Islay.
The carefully selected blend of casks was sourced from some of the island’s iconic distilleries by spirits buyer Doug McIvor to create a bottling with a balance, complexity and plenty of classic Islay flavour.
Glenlivet 12 Year Old Double Oak (70cl, 40%)
This whisky has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. The Original Malt Whisky Almanac says: “A first-class malt. Speyburn 10 Year Old (1L, 46%)
A big old one litre bottling of this classic, easy drinking Speysider.
Speyburn 10 was, until 2008, the only Speyburn official bottling readily available. This dram, which hits the lighter side of the flavour map, will appear to many as the epitome of a Speyside whisky, with plenty of honeyed cereal, vanilla, light oak, floral and toffee’d notes.

Tamnavulin, showing off the distillery’s skills at using interesting cask finishes for its fab single malt Scotch whisky. This time, it’s red wine! The whisky is initially aged in American oak barrels, but before it gets bottled, it enjoys a stay in French Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, imparting a whole heap of warming dark fruit and sweet spice notes. We reckon this will make for an ace autumnal dram.
Tamnavulin Red Wine Cask Edition Spanish Grenache Cask Finish (70cl, 40%)
Single malt Scotch from the Tamnavulin Red Wine Cask Edition range. Matured in American oak, Edition No.2 has then been finished in casks that previously held Spanish grenache, for some juicy red berry and mellow spice notes.
Isle Of Jura Journey 70cl, 40%
Journey is the entry level expression from the Isle of Jura range (which was relaunched in mid-2018). It was aged exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. A tasty introduction to Jura’s single malts.
Tamnavulin Sherry Edition (70cl, 40%)
This Speyside single malt has been matured in a combination of American oak casks and a variety of sherry casks. This is a fruity, rich whisky with aromas of raisins, orange and vanilla. The palate offers notes of dried fruits, warm spices and rich caramel.
Tamnavulin Double Cask (70cl, 40%)
Tamnavulin Double Cask was the first release from the distillery since the 1990s! Over the past 20 or so years, the distillery changed hands from Invergordon Distillers to Whyte & MacKay, closed a few years later and reopened in 2007. Much of its single malt output is used in blends, but a few casks of single malt would sneak out as indie bottlings to allow us a rare taste of Tamnavulin – but now they’ve got their very own expression! They initially mature it in American oak barrels before treating them to a finishing period in Sherry casks.
Ileach Peaty (70cl, 40%)
The Ileach Peaty (pronounced Eee-luhk) is a young and peaty single malt whisky from a secret Islay distillery, independently bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. Ileach is what the Islay natives call themselves, and this whisky is Islay through and through. There’s no mucking about here, this is one peaty dram. Of course, it says so in the name.
Deanston Virgin Oak (70cl, 46.3%)
Deanston Virgin Oak is made with young whisky which has been finished in brand new oak casks from Kentucky. Always a pleasure to have Deanston single malt Scotch whisky around, as they are certified by the Organic Food Association and power their distillery using hydro energy, so you can always feel good about the delicious dram in your hand.
Speyburn Bradan Orach (70cl, 40%)
Bradan Orach is Gaelic for Golden Salmon, the very best kind of salmon. A no age statement Speyburn, named for the River Spey, a great spot for salmon fishing.

Deanston Kentucky Cask Matured 70cl, 40%
This funky looking bottle contains Deanston whisky with an emphasis very much on the Bourbon cask provenance.
The Highland distillery’s spirit has been aged a combination of first and second fill former Bourbon casks, before being treated to “soft filtration” and bottled.
The result is a light, crisp dram with notes of bright Bourbon oak, creamy grain, malt, vanilla, apples, pears, light pineapple, toffee, butter, a little peppery cinnamon spice and some honey.
The back label suggests enjoying this dram “any damn way you like”, highlighting its potential as a mixing malt. Indeed, we reckon this dram would do brilliantly served over ice with lemonade or cream soda.
Glengarry Single Malt (70cl, 40%)
Named after the traditional Glengarry bonnet worn as part of Scottish military or civilian Highland dress, the Glengarry whisky range is made at the very versatile Loch Lomond distillery. This is their entry level single malt expression.

Edradour 10 Year Old (5cl, 40%)
Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. The distillery’s methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years, and we can see why. If it ain’t broke and all that. This single malt’s decade of ageing was spent in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This is one sherry monster and we love it.
Bowmore 12 Year Old The Original pre-2017 (35cl, 40%)
First launched in 2007 as a core-range replacement to the much-loved 17 year old (which became a travel retail exclusive. This is the first version of the expression, packed like this until the range was rebranded in 2017.
Notice :there is a high percentage of cork that will fail when trying to open the bottle.

Singleton 12 Year Old of Dufftown Flask Plastic (20cl, 40%)
A straightforward, nutty and malty single malt from Speyside, the Singleton of Dufftown was released to replace the Singleton of Auchroisk. It’s aged in a high proportion of European oak casks.

Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve 5cl, 40%
A bottle of The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve. This whisky was matured in Limousin oak casks.
Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 (5cl, 64.1%)
The third installment of Highland Park’s Cask Strength series is here! Master whisky maker Gordon Motion opted for a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt than previous releases, resulting in a richly smoky profile. The single malt was matured in a combination of first-fill and refill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks, rounding off the hearty peat smoke with zesty layers of fruit and warming spice. Bottled up at a cask strength of 64.1% ABV, a drop of water certainly helps to bring out layers of soft fruit and floral malt beneath the intense smoke.

The Elements Series from Tel Aviv’s Milk & Honey Distillery is a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. The heart of the Bowmore range, the 12 year old exhibits some beautiful coastal notes with a gentle peat, it is the balance that the floral element presents that makes this a great entry bottling for Bowmore.
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old (5cl, 46.3%)
This entry level Bunnahabhain bottling comes in a redesigned bottle. This 12 year old is lightly peated for an Islay single malt and consequently is a light, fresh dram. Now at the higher strength of 46.3% – for more complexity and flavour.
