Absinthe is very characteristic. This is a clever blend of absinthe, artemisia, green anise and balm : delicate, sweet and slightly spiced.
The ingredients are steeped and/or distilled. They are prepared in advance and mixed at the time of production. It is not a coincidence if the Distilleries et Domaines de Provence decided to make Absente from a blend of essences, which allows them to control the thujone content of all the products it makes from absinthe plants.
The finished Absente is checked, tasted, filtered and then bottled.

Zivania is a strong drink, high in alcoholic content which according to tradition (also adopted by the 1998 Regulations for the Control of zivania) it is a distillate produced only from grapes. Since 2004, Zivania has been protected under EU regulations as a product unique to Cyprus and as such cannot be produced in any other country or marketed under that name.
Zivania is characterized by its typical taste and aroma. It is colorless and it has a pleasant alcoholic content with light aroma of raisins. The typical alcohol content is 45% by volume. It is a pure drink that contains no sugars and has no acidity.

Tsipouro Kardasis Distillers Choice 2021 70cl 40%

Distiller’s Choice 2021” is a distillate of the 2017 harvest, matured for three years in barrels #38 and #39.
These are spirit, heavy-toasted, French barrels of a capacity of 200 litres, which are used for the first time.
The French barrels used by the Kardasi Distillery are also usually included in the blending process of the “kardasi tsipouro aged” along with American barrels maturing in the family cellar under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
The content of these barrels has been selected by the distiller and filled into 536 bottles.
The primary floral aromas of the distillate were enriched with the fine aromas of French oak.
The final product is a fine, fatty, buttery distillate with the characteristic aromas of citrus, roasted nuts, spices, dried plum, and a slightly sweet cinnamon aftertaste.
The elegant, luxury case was especially designed for these 536 bottles, since this distillate was launched in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Kardasi Distillery.
