A SENSORY JOURNEY
This special single malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia is claimed to be the birthplace of coffee as the Arabica bean was the first species of coffee to be cultivated.
With a distinct coffee flavour, this whisky exudes notes of espresso, dark chocolate and sweet oak. The intensely flavoured single malt invites you to immerse yourself in a sensory journey through flavour and aroma.

For Triskelion, three legendary Highland Park whisky makers joined forces. Together, Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay chose and married three principal cask types, with the aim of exploring the influence of wood and cask seasoning. Liquid from first-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads, along with a small number of refill casks was bottled up at 45.1% ABV. Originally released for the Asian market, this 12-year-old Macallan single malt will be an exciting find for collectors. In true Macallan form, it was matured exclusively in sherry casks resulting in plenty of decadent dried fruit, dark chocolate, and sweet, oaken spice.
The Macallan 12 Year Old Gran Reserva is one of the richest, darkest and most delicious 12 Year Olds to come out of the hugely famous Speyside distillery. The whisky was created to celebrate the expertise and mastery the distillery and their dedication to maturing their whisky in only the finest Oloroso sherry oak casks available. Expect deep and rich notes of sherried fruits, dark chocolate and a range of spices in this rare and collectable dram. As it was released for the Japanese and Taiwanese markets, this is one that is hard to come by today, making it the perfect addition to any collection.
