Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Experimental Series Winter Storm (Batch 2) (70cl, 43%)
The eagerly-awaited second batch of Glenfiddich’s Winter Storm once again sees well-aged whisky from the legendary distillery finished in casks that previously held Canadian icewine (made using grapes harvested while frozen resulting in a powerfully sweet tipple). Released as part of the Glenfiddich Experimental Series, malt master Brian Kinsman believes that only older whiskies can stand up to the intense influence of icewine, which is why Winter Storm is built around 21 year old single malt.

Glenfiddich 29 Year Old Grand Yozakura Awamori Finish (70cl, 45.1%)
The limited edition Glenfiddich 29-year-old, Grand Yozakura celebrates the unforgettable experience of ‘cherry blossom viewing at night’ — a fleeting moment when beautiful blossoms can be admired under the moonlight. As the first Scottish single malt whisky to do so, this expression has been finished in casks that used to hold Japanese Awamori — an aged spirit native to the island of Okinawa made from rice.
The nose offers zingy herbal aromas along with zesty and ripe fruits, caramelised almonds and cinnamon. The palate is layered with notes of toasted oak, creamy vanilla toffee-coated green apples and silky tannins with an earthy lingering finish.

Glenfiddich 30 Year Old 2003-2009 Blue Tube 70cl, 40%
A bottle of Glenfiddich 30 year old, the oldest bottle from their core range.
A beautifully packaged bottling of the Glenfiddich 30 Year Old, one of the finest creations in the distiller’s range. Seductively woody, with plenty of sherry influence, it hits the mark every time.
A rare and elegant example of Glenfiddich’s pioneering approach to producing the world’s most exceptional aged single malt Scotch whiskies.
Each individual cask is carefully nurtured by our Malt Master for three decades before being personally nosed and tasted, to ensure it lives up to his exacting standards and is of outstanding quality.
It is then vatted with other casks of equal calibre in small individually numbered batches.
This process is intensely time-consuming, but is essential to ensure the unique character and richness of taste that sets our Glenfiddich 30 Year Old apart.
The rarity of this single malt is unquestionable – there are only ever a handful of vattings of 30 Year Old a year.

Glenfiddich 30 Year Old Suspended Time (70cl, 43%)
This stunning 30 year old single malt joins the Re-Imagination of Time series from legendary Speyside distillery Glenfiddich. Suspended Time focuses on the moment that the master distiller makes the decision that a whisky is ready for bottling, thus suspending its development and capturing it in the bottle at the perfect moment. This expression spent its time maturing in a combination of European and American oak casks, before it was filled into a handsome glass decanter bearing the magnificent Glenfiddich stag emblem. The display case is cleverly designed, so the bottle appears to be suspended in mid-air! This will make a splendid display piece for a special collection.

Glenfiddich 40 Year Old Cumulative Time Re-imagined Time Series 2023 70cl, 44.6%
Cumulative Time is an appropriate name for this 40-year-old whisky because it’s made using a technique called remnant vatting. It’s a process unique to the distillery in which the malt master carries one batch over, time and time again, before marrying it with the casks selected for each subsequent release. This is done to imbue the spirit with the character of past releases and to accumulate layers of flavour over 40 years. The bottle is presented in a handmade jesmonite box with subtle markings on each so they’re unique and unable to be replicated.
