Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin (70cl, 43%)
Another brilliant fruity gin from Whitley Neill, Blackberry Gin is inspired by floral English hedgerows and it certainly shows. The gin takes the berry, which grows in late summer, and combines it with traditional botanicals. This is just destined for a juicy G&T throughout the summer months, and may even make some more warming winter tipples, what with its jammy flavour profile
Whitley Neill Quince Gin (5cl, 43%)
A variation on the classic Whitley Neill Gin recipe, featuring a hearty helping of quince juice at its core. Smashing in a G&T.

Wormtub 10 Year Old Natural Cask Strength Sherry Cask Batch 5 70cl, 56.1%
Wormtub 10 Year Old
Fans of Wormtub whisky will be pleased to see another batch of its splendid 10-year-old single malt here! As with previous batches, Batch 5 of this spectacular Speysider is aged for 10 years, during which time, the whisky was reracked into a host of first-fill sherry casks to complete its maturation. What came out of those casks is the magnificently richly hued single malt you see before you, it was bottled without chill filtration or added colour at a bold 56.1% ABV. You read that correctly by the way, no added colour – that impressive hue is all from the cask!
The whisky is sourced from an undisclosed Speyside distillery that still uses a rather old-school (and rather brilliant) bit of kit – a worm tub condenser. These classic bits of distilling equipment are made up of long copper coiled tubes housed in cold water in a large vat. You don’t see too many of them around these days, with many distilleries having replaced them with more efficient shell and tube condensers. More efficient perhaps, but what is lost is the distinctive heavy, robust flavour profiles that can be achieved with a worm tub, and that are adored by distillers and whisky enthusiasts alike.
Wormtub 12 Year Old Natural Cask Strength Sherry Cask Batch 5 70cl, 58.2%
Wormtub 12yo Single #5
Back for a fifth batch, it’s the much-adored single cask edition of Wormtub 12 Year Old single malt! This Speysider finished its maturation in a single first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead before it was bottled at cask strength, a robust 58.2% ABV. Worm tubs are a classic bit of distilling kit that can achieve distinctly characterful, heavy, robust flavour profiles. To ensure that remains the case here, this whisky has not undergone any chill-filtration and has no added colour, the vibrant hue you see here is all thanks to that glorious sherry cask!
Yuzu Gin (That Boutique-y Gin Company) (70cl, 46%)
A marvellously citrus-forward London dry gin from That Boutique-y Gin Company, featuring the delicious yuzu fruit! Cultivated widely in Japan and Korea, the yuzu looks a bit like a grapefruit (though they’re a bit more bumpy) and tastes a bit like a cross between the aforementioned grapefruit and a lemon, with a floral touch of orange blossom too. This stuff is excellent in a G&T, and more than suitable for a Negroni as well.
