Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)
This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in Sherry casks before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler’s. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label – note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.

Bushmills Rum Cask Reserve Steamship Collection (70cl, 40%)
All aboard for the fourth expression from the Bushmills Steamship Collection, Rum Cask Reserve! The series was released originally for the Travel Retail market, inspired by the 125th anniversary of the SS Bushmills maiden voyage. The Irish single malt has been matured in first-fill Caribbean rum casks, with the expression inspired by SS Bushmills’ homeward bound journey that included a stop in St. Vincent in the Caribbean, where the ship was stocked with rum to bring back to The Old Bushmills Distillery.
Bushmills Port Cask Reserve Steamship Collection (70cl, 40%)
Irish single malt whiskey from Bushmills, drawn from Port casks and bottles as part of their Steamship Collection (originally released for the Travel Retail Market). The name is inspired by the SS Bushmills, and was launched to coincide with the 125th anniversary of said steamship’s maiden voyage.
Bushmills Bourbon Cask Reserve Steamship Collection (1L, 40%)
The third expression released in a series inspired by the SS Bushmills steamship, the vessel which set out on its maiden voyage to deliver bottles of Bushmills to America in 1890. Bourbon Cask Reserve is the result of a long-standing relationship with master coopers from Louisville, Kentucky, who reserved American white oak, custom-charred bourbon casks to mature this whiskey.
Redbreast 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
A delightful single pot still Irish whiskey, Redbreast 12 Year Old is highly praised by Jim Murray and a host of other notable critics. Distilled at the Midleton site from malted and unmalted barley, it’s then matured in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts. We can’t get enough of this multi-award-winning whiskey.
Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition (1L, 40%)
The Jameson Caskmates series continues with the IPA Edition! As with the Stout Edition, Jameson sent its used whiskey casks over the Franciscan Well brewery, where they were used to aged some IPA beer. After that, the casks made their way back to the distillery, were they were used to finish this enjoyable Irish whiskey.
Proper No. Twelve (70cl, 40%)
MMA fighter and boxer Conor McGregor has stepped in to the ring of whiskey making with Proper No. Twelve, a blended Irish whiskey produced with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Featuring malt and grain whiskeys drawn from bourbon barrels, the team created nearly 100 blends before deciding upon the one in the bottle. Proper No. Twelve takes its name from Dublin 12, the area where McGregor grew up.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distil them – not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.
Teeling Single Malt (70cl, 46%)
The third release in the Premium range of Teeling expressions completing our full range of non-age statement Irish whiskeys. Made from 100% Malted Barley from a range of different ages including Malt whiskey distilled in 1991. Our aim was to produce the most flavoursome non-age statement Irish Single Malt based on our innovative maturation and finishing techniques while retaining the distinctive Irish smoothness. Consists of a vatting of 5 different wine cask (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon) finished Irish Malt whiskeys. Like all the Teeling whiskeys, it is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration
Teeling Single Grain (70cl, 46%)
This award-winning whiskey has won best in class annually at the World Whiskies Awards since its release, and is one of only a handful of Single Grain bottlings in the world.
It is fully matured in Californian red wine barrels resulting in an intensely fruity and beautifully amber liquid, with lush berry notes.
Hand selected casks, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration to ensure all the unique flavour is captured.
Teeling Small Batch (70cl, 46%)
Our Flagship Irish whiskey and our attempt to create the most interesting Blended Irish whiskey. This small batch bottling consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-rum barrels imparting extra character and smooth flavour unique to Irish whiskey. Bottling at 46% with no chill filtration completes an Irish whiskey of true character.
Paddy Irish Whiskey (1L, 40%)
A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn’t until 1913 that it changed it’s name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. Before that it had the rather catchy name of “Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whiskey”. Rolls right off the tongue that one.
Tullamore Dew (1L, 40%)
The ‘D.E.W.’ in Tullamore D.E.W. comes from the initials of a General Manager at the Tullamore distillery in the later 19th Century, named Daniel E. Williams.
Bushmills Original (1L, 40%)
The classic Irish blend, Bushmills Original is made up of grain whiskey matured for five years before blending with malt whiskeys. Triple distilled and very supple.
Jameson Gold Reserve (70cl, 40%)
A delicious blend made with a good amount of pure potstill Irish whiskey. Jameson Gold Reserve is sublime stuff, and it was awarded a massive 94 points in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.

Jameson Black Barrel is our tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon barrels an additional charring to reveal their untold richness and complexity. Because every barrel contains secrets; the trick is coaxing them out.
