Ararat 6 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Strong-willed and deliberate, this brandy knows what it’s about. Rich and sweet, both nose and palate sprint headlong into formidable stewed-orange flavours and a fluttering almond aroma. Lively fruit runs into tart acidity and eventually a long, well-rounded finish underlined by gentle cinnamon and delicious dried fig depth. Sip it on its own or add it to a Brandy Sour and revel in its audacity.
Saint Vivant Armagnac VSOP (70cl, 40%)
This right here is a rare bottle of St. Vivant VSOP Armagnac. The unique bottle shape is said to mimic those used by St. Vivant when he made Armagnac back in the 1500s. It’s very interesting, to say the least.
Remy Martin VSOP Cognac (70cl, 40%)
An immensely popular VSOP Cognac from the ever-dependable Rémy Martin. The blend contains 55% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the rest being made up from the Petite Champagne. Well-suited to enjoying as a postprandial tipple, but can also be used in cocktails that need a hearty helping of complex Cognac flavours.
Martell VS (1L, 40%)
An intriguing 2017 release from Martell – it’s a VS Cognac made with spirits distilled exclusively at one distillery! Their reasoning behind this choice (rather than using eaux-de-vie from a selection of Cognac-based distilleries) was to aim for a richer, more intense style of spirit.

Hennessy VS (70cl, 40%)
A blend of around forty different eaux-de-vie. The Cognac grading system was actually created by Maurice Hennessy in 1865. This VS (very special) cognac is the quintessential Cognac.
Asbach 12 Year Old Brandy (70cl, 40%)
Asbach Spezialbrand is a German brandy. It has been stored for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels. It is dark gold in colour with a hint of red. Aroma of jasmine mixed with citrus and vanilla tones and a scent of green apple. Elegant and fresh on the palate, well rounded with a slight sweetness and hints of bitterness. Long and smooth finish.
Grand Marnier (1L, 40%)
A superb orange liqueur with cognac at its heart, flavoured with the essence of wild oranges. Delicious.

A top French VSOP brandy, Three Barrels is incredibly popular on these shores. Great value for money, with plenty of dried fruit, crushed walnut and candied ginger notes.
Keo Five Kings Brandy XO (70cl, 40%)
A grape brandy from Cyprus made with Cypriot Xynisteri grapes that’s aged for at least 15 years. It takes its name from a banquet that took place in London in 1363 at which the illustrious guests (the Kings of England, France, Scotland, Denmark and Cyprus) were served brandy that their host Mayor Henry Pickard had shipped over specially from the Troodos mountain range in Cyprus.
