Vlassides Sauvignon blanc 75cl, 12.5%
“Vlassides Sauvignon blanc” is made exclusively with Sauvignon blanc grapes, grown around the new winery, in our own vineyards.
Vinification takes place in August and bottling in November-December. It goes out to the market just before the Christmas holidays and can be consumed young throughout the year.
Sauvignon blanc is an intense aromatic wine with bright, yellow-green colour, which is characterized of complex aromas such as fresh cut grass, citrus and pineapple with refreshing fruity acidity.
It should be stored in horizontal position at 15°C and served chilled at 10-12°C. It can accompany grilled fish, chicken, seafood and pasta.

Cyprus Bleu Wine by Linos winnery
Spring forward a few years to 2020, and Cyprus has joined the ‘’blue wine” craze.
Linos Winery, situated in Omodos village, have created Cyprus’ first ever Blue Wine after 4 years of effort – Mediterranean Blu. Catching the colour of the Med in a bottle, Mediterranean Blu is made from 99% Xynsteri and 1% pure grape juice. The grape juice being from both Alicante, an Mataro grapes. There is no artificial colours, as it’s gorgeous and vibrant azure colour pigment is found within the skin of the red wine grapes; anthocyanin.
This unique wine is refreshingly sweet, fruity and light at just 12.5% alcohol. Serve chilled to make it a perfect daytime & summer wine. Flavours of berries, raspberries, lychee and citrus. Match the blue of this wine by enjoying it on the beach with friends or poolside on a hot day! For food pairings think light dishes and bites, salads, sushi, and fruits.
Petritis White 75cl 12.5%
An authentic white wine from the local variety Xinisteri, that grows on mountainous vineyards.
Fresh and aromatic, it combines the rich fruit of this variety with a few elusive oak notes that result from its partial maturing in selected oak barrels.
It is perfect for fine flavours, mainly sea food, pasta, white meat and creamy cheese. Best served at 8-10°C.
Kalamos Gerani Maratheftiko Red Wine 75cl 13%
Gerani is produced from the local varieties of “Maratheftiko” (90%) and “Ofthalmo” (10%).
It is a full body dry red wine that is strong in tannins and rich in aromas. Aged in wooden French barrels for twelve months, it has a softer tannins and more complex aromas.
Zambartas Xynisteri 75cl, 13%
This fresh and distinctively aromatic wine was crafted from low-yielding old Xynisteri vines grown at 850m altitude in the Krasochoria region. Fermented in stainless steel, we aim to express the fruit and character of the Xynisteri grape in this bright and refreshing style of wine.
Zambartas Xynisteri has a light yellow-straw colour, intense and complex aromatic bouquet reminiscent of citrus and stone fruits. It has crisp acidity and a lingering taste. Ideal as an aperitif or with salads & light meals

Vlassides Grifos 1 Red 75cl
“Grifos 1-Red” is a blend of Mataro and Agiorgitiko, which is an indigenous Greek variety.
Its vinification takes place always in September. It goes out to the market immediately after bottling in the summer of the following year and can be consumed young throughout the year. Its main characteristics are the soft tannins and the fresh forest fruit flavours.
It can be stored and consumed at 15-16°C and can be pleasantly combined with a traditional Cyprus meze.
Vlassides Grifos 2 White 75cl
Vlassides Winery produces this wine with selected grapes of the indigenous variety Xynisteri, blended with Sauvignon Blanc (25%).
The special selection of the grapes as well as the careful winemaking are the essential conditions that lead to the production of this exceptional wine. It is a fruity wine with lively acidity and aromas of green apple, citrus and pineapple. “Grifos 2-Lefkos” reaches the market just after bottling so that it can be enjoyed young.
It should be stored in a horizontal position at 15°C and served chilled at 8-10°C. The wine pairs well with light salads and seafood. Due to its smooth texture it can also be consumed alone or as an aperitif.

Made from a French grape variety that offers a black velvet balanced wine with flavors and aromas of raspberry and pepper.

Vasillikon Einalia Rose 75cl
Einalia, goddess Aphrodite, the Paphian seaborn Cypris. The indigenous variety Maratheftiko is accompanied by the variety Shiraz to produce a rosé wine with the colour of pomegranate that is distinguished for its fresh floral character and rich aromas of red fruits. Refreshing, with pleasant acidity, bal-anced taste and long-lasting perfumed after taste.
Ideal companion for white meat dishes, fresh salads and fruit platters. Enjoy it between 8 -10°C
Vasillikon Agios Onoufrios 75cl
The indigenous varieties of Maratheftiko and Lefkada and the fine varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz and Merlot are cultivated with loving care in vineyards of Paphos compose the family tree of this wine.
This balanced and full wine, is distinguished for its purple and deep colour, its vivid aroma, its fruity taste and its perfumed after taste. It is the best accompaniment to meat and semi-hard cheeses.
Enjoy it between 16 – 18°C.
