Mossburn Signature Casks Series Speyside Blended Malt Cask Bill No.2 70cl, 46%
One of two initial releases from the Mossburn Signature Casks Series, which is a range of blended malts exploring the regional differences of Scotch whiskies. Each one is finished in specially-coopered casks designed to accentuate the particular stand-out flavours of each region’s whisky. For the second release, Mossburn have set their sights on Speyside, finishing the whisky in casks made from first-fill Oloroso sherry butt staves and heavily charred American oak cask heads.

Johnnie Walker Green Label 15 Year Old (70cl, 43%)
A dynamic interpretation of our Johnnie Walker Green Label crafted using only Single Malt Whiskies from each of the four corners of Scotland. Johnnie Walker Island Green has all the character of a single malt, but with a richer flavour experience – combining notes of rich toffee, fresh black pepper. The maritime malt whisky Caol Ila provides the greatest influence in this stunning combination of smoke, sweetness and spice.
Compass Box Great King Street Artist’s Blend (70cl, 43%)
A delicious, approachable blended Scotch whisky from the folks at Compass Box. The Great King Street range takes its name from their Edinburgh offices. The blend features Clynelish malt matured in first fill bourbon hogshead, a Highland malt blend aged in custom toasted new French oak barrels, malt from Linkwood matured in a sherry butt and a large proportion of Cameronbridge grain whisky aged in first fill American oak barrels.

A big bodied blended malt from Islay. It comprises malt whisky from Coal Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen. Big Peat is a great whisky with lots of peaty character.
Famous Grouse 12 Year Old Gold Reserve Exceptional 1980s 1L, 43%
The Famous Grouse Gold Reserve 12yo is a blend of single malt whiskies including The Macallan and Highland Park and also grain whisky. The Gold Reserve expression has the acccolade The Silk of Scotland because of it’s silky smooth finish. There are hints of ripe peach on the nose and palate.

Compass Box Great King Street Glasgow Blend (70cl, 43%)
Introduced to the Great King Street range by Compass Box in 2014, the Glasgow Blend is a superbly full-bodied blended Scotch whisky. It’s made with 33% Lowland grain whisky and 67% malt whisky from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay, aged in a combination of first-fill and refill ex-bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, with a small portion being finished in new French oak. Plentiful amounts of Sherried fruit touches surrounding a core of peaty notes – yummers.
Fun note: The label features a picture of The Wellington Statue outside of Glasgow’s Gallery of Modern Art, complete with traffic cone hat, said to be a symbol of the city’s sense of humour.
The Lakes The One Colheita Cask Finished 70cl, 46.6%
More creative cask finishing wizardry from the gang at the Lakes Distillery! This expression of The One blended whisky was treated to a finish in Colheita Port casks. Colheita Port is made using the grapes from a single harvest, and notes of delicate fruits and warming spices certainly shine here.

A tasty blended whisky from The Lakes Distillery, featuring its very own English single malt at its heart, alongside single malt and grain whiskies from Scotland. Lakes whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi has created a marvellous expression here, revolving around juicy fruit notes and waves of honey, with a smidge of oak and smoke shining through. No chill-filtration or additional colourings here.

A limited edition bottling of The One from The Lakes Distillery, which has enjoyed a finishing period in a combination of first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, imparting oodles of dried fruit notes, with a good emphasis on spicy Spanish oak. As ever, the blend is brilliantly crafted with the distillery’s own single malt alongside whiskies from across the British Isles.

The One Collection is a range of fine blended whiskies showcasing the role of innovative cask seasoning in flavour elevation.
This release of the One is a singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart, finished in first-fill Tawny and Ruby Port casks.
Fresh cherries, candied ginger and toasted oak on the nose lead to a palate of plum, rose petals and chocolate with a rich, lingering and spicy finish.
Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from our oak casks in every bottle. Bottled at 46.6% ABV.
Enjoy as you please. Add a few drops of water to open up the flavours, or top with ginger beer for a refreshing serve in a highball.
Big Peat Douglas Laing’s Small Batch Global Traveller’s Edition 1L, 48%
This is a large, one litre bottling of Douglas Laing’s Small Batch Regional Malt whisky from Islay. This small batch bottling, which has a slightly increased proof, was originally destined as a travel retail bottling.
A Blended Malt from Islay, this whisky contains spirit from across the island, including whiskies from: Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and the illustrious Port Ellen.
Big Peat serves up notes of mineralic peat, ash, iodine, sea spray, sea weed, wood smoke, citrus, white peaches, vanilla, chilli, toasted barley and heather honey.

Love Speyside single malts? Then you NEED to check out this Speyside blended malt from historical London booze purveyor, Berry Bros. & Rudd. Part of The Classic Range, launched in early 2018, this whisky aims to capture the character of the Speyside region in a characterful yet easygoing dram. We reckon those BBR folks have hit the brief spectacularly.
Old St Andrews Fireside 12 Year Old Blended Malt Whisky (70cl, 40%)
Fireside is a 12 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from Old St Andrews, presented in a golf ball-shaped bottle. It is lighted peated, bringing with it a slightly smoky flavour profile, hence the Fireside name.
Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 Year Old Lowlands Origin (1L, 42%)
Here we have the only blended whisky from the Johnnie Walker Black Label Origin series (the rest are blended malts). This expression is made exclusively with whiskies from the Lowlands region, including malt whisky from Glenkinchie and grain whisky from Cameronbridge. The spirit was aged in bourbon casks before bottling, showcasing all those wonderful creamy notes we’ve come to know and love from the Lowlands.

This Famous Grouse blend is made from 100% Scotch Whiskies including the Edrington-owned Highland Park and The Macallan.
Famous Grouse blended scotch whisky was first produced by Matthew Gloag & Son Ltd in 1896, and is currently produced and owned by The Edrington Group.

Pure Scot Signature 106 70cl, 53%
A higher-proof version of the Pure Scot blend, created by combining Bladnoch single malt with selected malt and grain whiskies from across Scotland. Notes of toffee, freshly malted barley and stem ginger are supported by subtle hints of smoke and a lingering spiciness.
Compass Box The Peat Monster (70cl, 46%)
A peaty offering and a vatted malt created by the renowned John Glaser, of Compass Box. The Peat Monster contains whisky from secret distilleries (all very cloak and dagger). They can tell us that some was from the village of Port Askaig in Islay, with some south coast Islay whisky too, vatted with Ardmore. This was matured in a mix of first fill and refill American oak casks.
