Distilled from the distillery’s 2011, 2012, and 2013 barley harvests, it was matured for a minimum of 11 years in ex-oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 50% ABV with no added colour and no chill-filtration.

This release combines 16 individually selected first-fill oloroso sherry butts originally used by José y Miguel Martín in Jerez, Spain.
