Hailing from an undisclosed Islay distillery, this single malt spent 17 years maturing between 2007 and 2025, including a finish in a tiny amontillado sherry octave. Octave casks allow greater interaction between wood and spirit due to their smaller size, ensuring that plenty of rich, bold flavour is achieved. A release of just 89 bottles.
