Signatory selected this Orkney single malt to join its 100 Proof Editions, bottling it up at a hearty 57.1% ABV. Distilled in 2011, the whisky finished its 14-year maturation with a stay in a host of amontillado sherry hogsheads, bringing layers of toasted nuts and honeyed fruit to the robust Highland malt.
